Equipment

  • Medium-Large Charcuterie Board
  • bowls
  • Tin Foil

Ingredients

  • Baked Beans

  • Chives or Green Onions
  • Butter
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Bacon Bits
  • Cheddar Cheese Sauce
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Black Beans
  • Sautéed Mushrooms
  • Grilled Onions
  • Pulled Pork
  • Sautéed Spinach
  • Sliced Jalapeños
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Fresh Herbs
  • Feta Cheese
  • Gravy
  • Truffle Oil

Instructions

  • Bake your potatos: To bake your potato, pop a few holes in your potato with a knife or fork and cover in in tin foil. Bake for 60 minutes at 400 degree. If you like a crispy skin, you can cook it without the tin foil or remove the tinfoil part way through and brush with a little butter. Poke the potato to make sure it is soft and done.
  • Once you have your perfectly baked potato, you can choose from the list of possible toppings below. Cook your hot items or chop up your other ingredients. Place each ingredient into a small bowl.
  • Place your baked potatoes on your board. For this board I prefer to put the potatoes around the outside of board and fill the inside with the bowls of different ingredients. Fill in any empty spaces with potato chips that can be used to dip in the different dips on this fun board.
  • Serve immediately.
