Focaccia Bread Charcuterie Board

Focaccia Bread
- 4 cups Flour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Instant Yeast
- 2 cups Water
Toppings
- Brie Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Gouda Cheese
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Sprigs of Oregano
- Cured Meats
Make the Focaccia
Mix together the flour, salt, and yeast.
Add the water and mix to just combine. The dough should be sticky. Cover in olive oil and cover with plastic or other airtight container. Place in the fridge for 2-24 hours.
Remove from fridge and spread dough into an oiled sheet pan. You can press or roll the dough into shape. Allow to sit at room temperature for another rise for 1-2 hours.
Dimple the bread by pressing your fingers into the dough and coat with olive oil, salt, and rosemary.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool before assembling the focaccia charcuterie board.
