To assemble this small New Year's Eve charcuterie board, start with your brie. Place the brie in the center of the charcuterie board. I prefer to use a circular board as it adds to the sense of a clock.
To make the clock hands, cut small arrows from black paper. You can also use black icing to draw arrows or even numbers on the brie.
Collect the rest of your ingredients and place them in piles around the brie. Divide up different colors, textures and sizes to add interest to the board.
