Smoked Salmon Charcuterie Board

This beautiful and delicious charcuterie board is the perfect addition to your next cocktail party or appetizer for your next gathering.

  • Charcuterie Board
  • Cutting Board and Knife
  • Small bowls and spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 packages Smoked Salmon
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 jar Crackers
  • 4 ounces Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 bottle Capers
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Purple Onion
  • 1 jar Pickles
  • 1 bunch Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Collect your ingredients and choose a charcuterie board
  • Prepare your vegetables. Cut your vetegables into the right size to build small smoked salmon stacks on the crackers or bread. Cut the cheese and eggs into small finger sized pieces.
  • Place your cream cheese in capers in bowls with small spoons or knives and place on the charctuerie board
  • Add your charcuterie board ingredients. Start with the large items and work down to the small items. Cover the entire board with ingredients and spread out the different colored foods. Garnish with parsley.
  • Serve immediately.
