Thanksgiving Cornucopia Charcuterie Board

Create this board of abundance full of fall and Thanksgiving themed foods all spilling out of the horn of plenty.

Equipment

  • Tin Foil
  • Medium Charcuterie Board
  • Small oven proof dish (optional)
  • Cutting Board and Knife

Ingredients
  

  • Sheet of puff pastry
  • Egg (optional)
  • Crackers
  • Proscuitto
  • Salami
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Blackberries
  • Strawberries
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Cucumbers
  • Grapes
  • Olives
  • Small pickles
  • Pistachios
  • Decorative Gourds, Sage Leaves, Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Create your form for your cornucopia using tin foil and the optional oven safe dish.
  • Wrap your puff pastry around the form to make the cornucopia. Brush with an egg wash (optional)
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and remove from the form.
  • Cut all your charcuterie board ingredients into bite sized pieces.
  • Lay out your cornucopia on a medium sized board and add your ingredients. Place them on the board as if the are spilling out from the cornucopia.
  • Add decorative elements like gourds, salami roses, and herbs for garnish.
