What is this Bouquet with Charcuterie

This bouquet is made with wooden charcuterie cones with a skewer. Each cone is filled with delicious charcuterie ingredients including a charcuterie rose made from meat and cheese as well as chocolate and fruit. There is no end to creative ways to decorate with food inside these cones.

To finish your charcuterie bouquet, add some flowers and put the whole thing into a vase. You can add extra greens or even ribbons and serve it up to your guests.

Ingredients for this Charcuterie Bouquet

Before we jump into ingredients, you will need a few important supplies to build this bouquet. You will need charcuterie cones and skewers. I ordered small wooden cones online and use store bought skewers from my local market.

To assemble each cone just push the skewer through the end of the cone. You can also cut a small hole in the end of the cone. These cones are on the small side, bu you can also order large cones if you prefer.

In addition to the cones themselves, you also need to get some local flowers for this bouquet.

Here are the ingredients I used, but I encourage you to get creative. You can find some ideas for charcuterie board ingredients on my ingredients page.

  • Salami
  • Cheese (I used pre-sliced provolone)
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Chocolates
  • Blackberries

How to Assemble this Bouquet

To assemble this bouquet, start with creating your charcuterie cones and skewers.

Then add ingredients to each cone. You can make a salami or cheese rose in the cone and get as creative as you want. I put together a whole video on how to make roses from salami.

Start by laying out a row of salami or cheese. Fold this in half and roll is up from one end. Put this inside the charcuterie cone to make a rose. You can also do this with thinly sliced strawberries or other ingredients.

Serve you charcuterie bouquet immediately if possible or keep cool until ready to serve. Enjoy!
