Burrata Snowman Charcuterie Board

Equipment

  • Medium or Small Charcuterie Board

Ingredients
  

  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Mozzarella Balls
  • Burrata 2 balls/snowman
  • Basil Leaves
  • Balsamic Vinegar optional
  • Pepper Corns and a small piece of carrot for the nose

Instructions
 

  • Lay the basil leaves on the outside of the board.
  • Lay your burrata balls in the center of the board for your snowman.
  • Cut your tomatoes in half, an make small pieces from your avocado. Lay this around the snowman with the mozzarella balls.
  • Use pepper corns to make the eyes, buttons and smile and cut a small nose from a little carrot.
  • Serve immediately
