Oh my gosh – I love this burrata snowman board and it’s so easy to make and makes an amazing holiday appetizer or even a fun festive side dish. You can easy jazz this board up with more ingredients or keep it simple with just tomatoes, mozzarella and basil (or add avocado like I did in this board).
This board keeps it simple with just one burrata snowman, but you can easily add two or even 3 snowman to a bigger impact.

When to Make this Burrata Snowman Board
This is such a colorful board and will be a hit with kids and adults alike. Hosting a Frozen party? Make this the perfect Olaf board or serve this anytime during the month of December – or go crazy and serve it up in January!
I love serving this before dinner with small plates and toothpicks or forks. Since the burrata can get a wee bit messy, a few napkins will help keep things going.
