Melon Ball Charcuterie Board for SUmmer
Create this fun and refreshing melon charcuterie board with bright colors and a great balance of flavors.

- Grapes (multiple colors)
- Honey Dew
- Watermelon
- Canteloupe
- Blackberries
- Proscuitto
- Mozzarella Balls
- Cheddar Cheese
- Basil or Mint Leaves
Dip
- Balsamic
- Honey
- Olive Oil
- Pepper
Mix together the dip. Use about 2 tablespoons balsamic, one tablespoon oil and a dripping teaspoon of honey. Sprinkle in a little pepper. Adjust this to your own taste.
Cut up all the ingredients: ball the melon and slice the cheddar cheese.
Place the dip in the center of the board or platter and add the ingredients around the board, altenating colors and tastes to add appeal.
Finish by adding the mint or basil leaves to the board and serve immediately of refridgerate for a few hours.
