Peach, Burrata and Prosciutto Charcuterie Board Recipe
A beautiful and fresh summer charcuterie board.

- Cherries
- Burrata (2 balls)
- Proscuitto
- Peaches (2-4)
- Basil Leaves
- Olive Oil
- Tomatoes
Cut burrata in half and place on the charcuterie board - drizzle a little olive oil on top.
Cut cherries in half, remove pit and place on the charcuterie board in a row.
Cut peaches into slices and place on the charcuterie board.
Add tomatoes to charcuterie board either whole or in slices.
Put proscuitto on the board in clumps.
Garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
