Peach, Burrata and Prosciutto Charcuterie Board Recipe

A beautiful and fresh summer charcuterie board.

  • Small to Medium Charcuterie Board
  • Spoon
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Ingredients
  

  • Cherries
  • Burrata (2 balls)
  • Proscuitto
  • Peaches (2-4)
  • Basil Leaves
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Cut burrata in half and place on the charcuterie board - drizzle a little olive oil on top.
  • Cut cherries in half, remove pit and place on the charcuterie board in a row.
  • Cut peaches into slices and place on the charcuterie board.
  • Add tomatoes to charcuterie board either whole or in slices.
  • Put proscuitto on the board in clumps.
  • Garnish with basil leaves and serve immediately.
