Pie Charcuterie Board

Equipment

  • medium to large charcuterie board

Ingredients
  

  • Mini Pies apple, blueberry, pecan, pumpkin, etc
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Leaves for Garnish (sage or mint)
  • Maple cookies or fruit (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Make or purchase mini-pies
  • Whip the cream in a stand mixer. Add sugar and beat until stiff
  • Place whipped cream in a bowl on your board and surround it with pies. Stack the pies and add cookies, fruit, and leaves for garnish.
