Why serve up a single pie when you can create a mini-pie charcuterie board. This is a beautiful way to serve customized pies and make a fun and interactive dessert charcuterie board. You can easily add a number of other desserts or side to this board, but I kept this simple with just homemade pies, whipped cream and a few cookies. This makes a great fall board of a Thanksgiving charcuterie board for dessert or even a winter board.

Ingredients for a Pie Charcuterie Board
Well – pie!
For this board you need just a few things. Pie and whipped cream (you can also add other dessert items) and I like to use herb leaves like sage for garnish.
For the pies, you can either make your own pies or purchase mini-pies at your local market or bakery. For these pies I made 4 different mini-pies. This is a bit time consuming, but they can be made in advance and it’s fun to customize your favorite flavors.
For these pies I made:
- Apple Pie
- Blueberry Pie
- Pecan Pie
- Pumpkin Pie
You can find lots of recipe online similar to this one that I used for my apple pie.
You can either buy store bought whipped cream or make your own.
To make whipped cream, whip whipping cream on high. Add sugar to taste and whip in an electric mixer until stiff.
How to Assemble a Pie Charcuterie Board
Assembling this board is easy and fun.
Depending on how many pies you have you will need a medium to large board. I actually use a rectangular board and a circular board on top to add some depth and let me stack the pies.
Put your whipped cream in a bowl in the center of your board and pile you mini-pie around the bowl.
Add herbs for garnish and will any spaces with cookies or fruit.
