To assemble your board, start with spreading out your cream cheese. I like to let me cream cheese soften a bit before spreading it just to make it easier.
Next lay on your smoked salmon. I liked to break mine up into smaller pieces to make it easier to serve.
Sprinkle on top some fresh or dried dill, chopped onions, and capers.
Add a few lemon slices to the side.
Your board is ready to go. If you aren't serving this board right away, make sure to cover it and put it into the fridge until it's time to serve.
Serve your board with toasted bagels for a delicious treat, or if you are serving this as an appetizer, serve it with crackers.
