This is the fun part! Since Thanksgiving is often a busy day I recommend making all the components in advance and simply taking a few moments to put together the board after dinner.

For this board I made mini-pies and pumpkin log cake in advance and then everything else was simply added to the board.

To create your board, start with your larger items and place them on the board. With the pumpkin log, I cut slices and lay these on the board in a wave pattern on the board.

Next place the rest of your ingredients on the board in piles or rows.
