- Mozzarella Balls

How to Assemble this Caprese Salad Wreath
The easiest way to make this board is to place a bowl upside down on a large platter or board. This makes it easy to design the board.
Start by spreading the spinach around the outside of the bowl.
Add some basil leaves on top of the spinach and place cut cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls on top of the greens.
Drizzle dressing or oil on top of the salad or serve as is. You can make this about an hour before hand and keep it in the fridge.

This board is best served fresh so the greens stay crisp and the mozzarella stays cool.
