How to Make your Babybel Easter Bunnies
Before you start to build your board, you will want to make your Easter bunnies. Start by removing the wax from each of your Babybel Cheese. I made 5 bunnies for this board but you can easily just do 3 or go after it and make even more.
Cut ears from your sliced cheese. When I first did this, my slices were too small and I couldn’t get a toothpick into them. I ended up using Gouda that I sliced myself and some thickly sliced cheddar cheese. You can create a template for the ears or just wing it like I did.
Slide a small toothpick (or break one in half) into the cheese ear and put it into the Babybel cheese. You can get creative and add eyes or other parts of the face, but I prefer my little Easter bunnies with just the cheese!

Assemble the Easter Bunny Board
There are so many ways to assemble this Easter Bunny board. I started in the middle and built out my board by adding ingredients around the platter. Try to break up color, sizes and textures and make sure to cut your ingredients into bite sized pieces. I used the rows of cucumbers to add some structure to my board and filled in the spaces with loose ingredients like blueberries and nuts.
Serve your board immediately at room temperature or a bit cooler. Enjoy!
