Assembling and Serving an Easter Bunny Charcuterie Board

To assemble your Easter charcuterie board, start by putting the Brie down in the center of the board. Cut around of goat cheese and place it above the brie for the head. Cut some slices of brie into ear shapes and add these to the board. Use a mozzarella ball for the bunny tail (or more goat cheese.

You can now get creative with placing the charcuterie board ingredients around the edge of the charcuterie board. I like to consider a few things when I am placing ingredients on a charcuterie board.

  • Place food in row or groups on the charcuterie board.
  • Separate the colors, texutures and sizes of your ingredients on the board to add interest to the board.
  • Keep ingredients separate that might add flavor – if you add ingredients like pickles or olives, these will flavor the nearby ingredients on the board.
  • Provide small napkin or plates to make it easy for people to serve up thier food from the board.

Once you’ve assembled your charcuterie board, serve it immediately or within an hour. If you want to make your board in advance, you should keep the crackers off until the last minute so you can serve them crispy.
