Easter Cheese Board Ingredients
This Easter cheese board uses two types cheese (brie and mozzarella) but you can also substitute any of your favorite cheese. Here is a list of exactly what we used to make this Easter cheese board:
- Artisan Crackers
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Proscuitto
- Brie Cheese
- Radish
- Prosuitto
- Apricots
- Cucumbers
- Strawberries
- Pickled Eggs
- Green Grapes
- Chocolate Candy
Alternative Ingredients: there are many ways to adjust and change this easter cheese board. If you are looking for a vegetarian board, simply leave the proscuitto off the board. You can also add more fruits and veggies like blueberries, raspberries, carrots and more. If pickled eggs aren’t your favorite you can simply hard boil some eggs and add them to the board.
Assembling and Serving an Easter Cheese Board
Assembing this easter cheese board is easy. This board could easily serve up to 10 people as a snack board alongside other food, or 6 people if this is being served alone as a snack, and you can easily adjust the serving size of the different ingredients to serve more food.
Start by cutting your food into bite-sized pieces. You can decide to leave things like strawberries whole or cut them into smaller pieces.
Begin by placing your larger ingredients on your charcuterie board. I like to start with any bowls or the cheese. Continue by placing the other ingredients on the board in groups or rows. Try to break up color, texture and size of the ingredients to make the board more interesting.
Serve your easter charcuterie board alongside your brunch or as an afternoon snack. We often spend our Easter morning busy and don’t go eat our main meal until late in the evening – I love to put together a charcuterie board for afternoon snacking to avoid getting hungry and to soak up the large amount of sugar my kids are eating. All joaking aside – most of the food on this board is healthy and can add a bit of fresh fruit and veggies to your Easter diet!
