This is one of my favorite combination of flavors. While this might be a ‘charcuterie board’ and can be served as an appetizer, it is really more of a side dish and can also be served as a salad. It’s best to make this burrata, tomato and peach charcuterie board when the ingredients are freshest in late summer/early fall. And the best news – this board can be made quickly and served right away making it perfect for a quick meal on the porch.

Ingredients for a Burrata, Tomato and Peach Charcuterie Board
This board is a perfect dish for the end of the summer or early fall when the peaches and tomatoes are fully ripe. Here is exactly what I used to make this board:
- Spinach
- Peaches
- Burrata
- Tomatoes
- Bread – cut into slices
- Basil
- Prosciutto

Assembling this Burrata, Tomato and Peach Charcuterie Board
Start with a medium size board or platter to make this board.
Cut your bread into slices and toast them in the oven or a toaster oven until golden. You can put a little butter or olive oil on them if you prefer.
Cut the rest of the ingredients into bite size pieces or slices (peaches, tomatoes and prosciutto).
Lay out the spinach and put the bread down the center of the board. Next place your peaches and tomatoes on the board.
Top your ingredients with pieces of burrata and add some basil for garnish.
Serve immediately.

Why I Love This Board
This Burrata, Tomato, and Peach Charcuterie Board is one of my favorite combinations because it’s sweet, savory, and creamy all at once. The juicy peaches and ripe tomatoes pair beautifully with the rich burrata, while the prosciutto adds just the right amount of saltiness. It’s a flavor profile that feels indulgent but fresh—perfect for enjoying on a warm late-summer or early-fall afternoon.
Tips for Serving
- Keep it fresh: The star of this board is the fruit and burrata, so choose the ripest peaches and tomatoes you can find.
- Use a good bread: A sturdy, lightly toasted bread works best to hold toppings without getting soggy.
- Serve immediately: Burrata is at its creamiest and most delicious right after slicing, so assemble just before serving.
- Mix textures: The soft burrata, juicy fruit, and crisp bread give a satisfying variety in every bite.
- Optional extras: Drizzle a little high-quality olive oil or balsamic glaze over the top for added depth, or sprinkle with crushed red pepper for a subtle kick.
When to Serve
This board is versatile—it works as a light lunch, a side dish for dinner, or even as an elegant appetizer for a gathering. Its fresh, seasonal ingredients make it especially perfect for enjoying al fresco on a porch or patio while the weather is still warm.
