How to Make a Refreshing Citrus and Mozzarella Charcuterie Board for Summer

Small and simple, this Citrus and Mozzarella Charcuterie board is a bright and vibrant board perfect for a summer evening. This board came together one June afternoon that was extra warm. I wanted something with something fresh and citrus, cheese, and meat are perfect. and this board was simple, cool and refreshing.

Ingredients for this Citrus and Mozzarella Charcuterie Board

  • Oranges (2 different types, preferable with different colored fruit)
  • Cherries
  • Mozzarella
  • Prosciutto
  • Blackberries

You can also substitute other berries on this board or leave out the meat to make this a vegetarian board.

How to Build this Citrus and Mozzarella Charcuterie Board

This board is easy to assemble. I used a circular board but you can use any small board.

Start by laying out the mozzarella cheese down the center of the board. You can used sliced cheese or balls.

Cut your citrus into half slices and lay them on the edges of the board.

Place the Prosciutto on the board. You can see some creative ways to add prosciutto to the board in the video below.

Finish the board by adding some cherries and blackberries. These add such great pops of color to the board!

Serve immediately or keep chilled until serving.
