What to Put on your Halloween Snack Charcuterie Board.

Cucumber Ghosts: These are easy to make! Simply peal the cucumber and cut them on an angle in large slices. Use a straw and cut three holes for the eyes and mouth.

Clementine Pumpkins: Peel oranges or pumpkins. Add a stem (you can use pretzels, pepper stems, or anything else that makes a pretty stem

Apple Monsters: cut your apple into wedges and remove the center. cut a small wedge out of the apple. Fill the mouth with peanut butter. Add googly eyes and the ends of candy corn to make the teeth.

Single Eyed-Peppers: Start with small peppers and simply add one googly eye to each pepper.

Banana Ghosts: Peel a banana and cut it in half. Put raisins in for the eyes and mouth

Witch Brooms: Cut a string cheese in half and stick a pretzel in the end (you may need to make a hole in advance. Cut the end of string cheese into small shreds/pieces

Hot Dog Mummies: Wrap hot dogs in strips of puff pastry. Bake hot dogs until the puff pastry is golden brown at 350 degrees.

Assembling this Halloween Snacks Charcuterie Board

Once you’ve prepared all your spooky snacks, it’s time to assemble your Halloween Snack Charcuterie Board! Group each treat together so the board looks full and festive, and don’t be afraid to play with shapes—arrange bananas into a ghostly trail or line up apple monsters in a row. Fill any open spaces with candy pumpkins, cookies, or even a handful of popcorn for crunch. For a finishing touch, tuck in a few mini pumpkins, gourds, or plastic spiders around the edges for extra Halloween flair.
