I love making creative charcuterie boards that bring yummy (and in this case healthy) food to our table. This hummus charcuterie board is so easy and is absolutely delicious. In fact it got a huge ‘ THANKS MOM’ from my 13 year old! Serve this board as a snack after school, a healthy side dish or bring it to your next party or event.
There are so many ways you can change and adjust this board, but I recommend adding a medley of colors to make this a showstopper!

Ingredients for this Hummus Charcuterie Board
Start by selecting you favorite types of hummus for this board. It is fun to have at least 3 types of hummus, but you can have even more if you prefer. For this board I used:
- Plain hummus
- Artichoke hummus
- Roasted red pepper hummus
Next you want to gather your other ingredients. You can truly choose anything you like to dip in hummus. This includes veggies, crackers, pretzels and other fun dippables. Here is exactly what we put on our board:
- Carrots
- Cucumbers
- Snap Peas
- Peppers
- Tomatoes
- Pita Bread
- Pretzels
- Crackers
- Pita Chips
Assembling this Hummus Charcuterie Board
To assemble your board, start by putting your hummus in small bowls. These should go on your board first as the ground you board. Next cut up any other ingredients that aren’t already bite sized. Consider how people will serve themselves from the board.
Place the ingredients on the charcuterie board in rows or groups trying to break up colors, textures, and size. This adds interest to the board. If you are using a round board you can make a wagon wheel design or get creative.
