I love making fall charcuterie boards and one of my new favorites that works all fall is to make a simple pumpkin shaped charcuterie board. This board is made from mostly orange or fall colored ingredients: think orange cheese, peaches, oranges, etc. The goal is to choose ingredients that pair well together and keep the overall pumpkin coloring. This pumpkin is a medium sized board and can be adapted in so many ways.

Ingredients for this Pumpkin Charcuterie Board
You can use any ingredients to assemble this board, but I recommend peaches and oranges because they make the curved pumpkin edges look really good. Here’s exactly what I used:
- Peaches
- Carrots
- Orange Cheese
- Almonds
- Salami
- Oranges
- Dried Apricots
- Sliced carrots
- Pretzels for the stem

Assembling this Pumpkin Charcuterie Board
The key to assembling this board is to place the cut ingredients on an angle to form the curved edges of the pumpkin. This is easiest to do with peaches and oranges although you can get the same effect with carrots and cheese. Start by creating the outline of the pumpkin and then filling the pumpkin with the rest of the ingredients. Before you assemble the pumpkin make sure to cut it into bite sized pieces and serve with a tooth pick and small napkin or plate.
