Soft Cheese: I used a herb and regular cream cheese mixed together, but you can also use Borsin or other soft cheese that can be molded into a ball.
Orange Shredded Cheese: For this pumpkin cheese ball, I used a pre-shredded cheese from the store, but you can also shred your own to get smaller pieces of cheese.
Things to Serve with your Cheese Ball: Crackers, Peppers, pretzels, chips or anything that you would normally serve with a soft cheese.
Pepper Stem: this is to use at the stem of the pumpkin
