How to Assemble this Watermelon and Feta Checkerboard Charcuterie

To assemble this board, start by cutting the watermelon and feta into bite size square pieces.

Place them on a platter. A square or rectangle is the best. For this board, I used a Dtocs plate which are fantastic if you make a lot of boards – these boards are environmentally friendly and disposable.

Alternate the watermelon and feta on the board. Add sprigs of mint to the top as a garnish.

Serve immediately or keep chilled until serving.

This board is best served with a fork or toothpicks.
