Assembling this Skeleton Charcuterie Board

Start with a small to medium sized charcuterie board.

The most important element of this board is the skeleton head, so you will want to cut the head to the right shape. Save the pieces of the cheese you cut off and use it around the edges of the board. There are many things you can use for the eyes, nose and mouth of the skeleton head. We used some of the candy corn bottoms and an almond to make a facial figures, but googly eyes are also a fun choice.

Next place the cheddar cheese slices and meat creatively to make the body and ribs of the skeleton. Get creative with this.

Once you’ve assembled your creepy skeleton body, please the rest of your ingredients around the board. Keep it fun an creative. We used orange slices to make some hair or you can use cheese to make an even bigger skeleton.
