How to Assemble this Summer Burrata Charcuterie Board
This board involves a little more prep work that other boards since some of the ingredients are grilled. The good news is that the grilled ingredients can be served warm or cold. The 3 ingredients we grilled for this board are:
- Peaches
- Zucchini
- Sweet Potatoes
Cut each ingredient into slices and then grill for 5-10 minutes until they are soft and you can see the classic grill lines.
Once you’ve got your grilled ingredients, you will want to toast your bread with a little butter and cut up the rest of the ingredients (slice the tomatoes).
Lay your ingredients on the board in rows or groups, spreading out the tomatoes to keep the board colorful.
Garnish with basil.

How to Serve this Summer Burrata Charcuterie Board
This board is perfect for relaxed summer gatherings and can easily be served as a light meal or a stunning appetizer. To serve, bring the burrata to room temperature about 20–30 minutes before guests arrive: this enhances its creamy texture and flavor. If you’re serving the grilled ingredients warm, plan to grill them shortly before assembling the board. Otherwise, they’re just as delicious at room temperature.
Place a few small knives or spreaders next to the burrata and tapenade so guests can scoop and spread easily. Offer small tongs or forks for grabbing grilled veggies and fruit. You can serve the toasted sourdough or crostini directly on the board or in a separate basket alongside.
This board pairs beautifully with a chilled white wine or rosé, and can be rounded out with a simple green salad or grilled protein like chicken or shrimp. Whether you’re serving it for a summer dinner or a sunset happy hour, this board brings color, flavor, and ease to the table.
