Ingredients for this Board

This board is made from a series of vegetables cut into strips like a crudite board with cheese, meat, and other ingredients put inside. You will also need a medium to large board to fit all the ingredients. Here is a board similar to this board I used. Here’s what I used to make this board:

  • Carrots (mixed colors)
  • Peppers
  • Green Beans
  • Cucumbers
  • Garlic Spread
  • Crackers (2 kinds)
  • Salami
  • Cranberry Goat Cheese
  • Hummus
  • Chimichurri Sauce
  • Goat Cheese
  • Gouda
  • Edible Flowers (for Garnish)

How to Assemble this Charcuterie Board for Easter

This board is so fun to make.

Start by cutting all your vegetables into long thin pieces. Lay these in a circle on the outside of the board. You can do this in a lot of ways. Mix up all the veggies or keep them in groups for more color.

Fill the inside with the rest of your ingredients:

  • Place the bowls on the board first with the different sauces.
  • Fold your salami in roses or rows. You can see more about how to make a salami rose or other design tricks in my post.
  • Place the cheese and crackers on the board between the other elements.
  • Serve you your board slightly cool

Tips to Serve This Easter Charcuterie Board

Make the most of your beautiful spring-inspired Easter board with these easy serving tips:

1. Serve Slightly Chilled:
Keep your board in the fridge until about 15–20 minutes before serving. This helps the cheeses and dips stay fresh, while allowing everything to come to the perfect temperature for flavor.

2. Use Small Tongs or Forks:
Place a few mini tongs or cocktail forks around the board to make it easy for guests to pick up veggies, cheese, or meat without using their hands.

3. Offer Extra Crackers on the Side:
While your board includes crackers, it’s always smart to have a small dish of extras nearby—especially if you’re serving a group.

4. Refill as Needed:
This board is designed to be eye-catching and delicious, so keep some backup ingredients in the fridge to refill items like hummus, crackers, or veggies as they disappear.

5. Garnish Right Before Serving:
Add edible flowers or fresh herbs just before you serve the board so they stay vibrant and fresh-looking.

6. Label for Dietary Needs:
If you’re hosting guests with dietary restrictions, consider adding small labels near the sauces or cheeses—especially if any items are vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free.

7. Pair with a Spring Drink:
Complement your Easter board with a refreshing spring drink like lemonade, sparkling water, or a light rosé for adults.
