Ingredients for Easy Summer Cheeseboard

As I mentioned, this board is designed to be SIMPLE. Which means just a few key ingredients. With a lot of fruit and cheese, it’s best to choose perfectly ripe fruit and your favorite cheese. I used cheddar and brie for this board but this is also delicious with mozzarella or a goat cheese. Here are the ingredients to make this board:

  • Cheddar cheese (cut into blocks)
  • Round of Brie
  • Cherries
  • Strawberries
  • Peaches
  • Grapes
  • Crackers (I used gluten free to make this a gluten free board)

Other ingredients you could include:

  • Nuts
  • Sliced Bread
  • More cheese
  • Cured Meat (salami or proscuitto)
  • Berries

Assembling this Summer Cheeseboard

This board can be put together in just a few minutes.

Start by cutting up your fruit and cheese. Fruit like strawberries can be cut in pieces or serve whole. Keep in mind how people will be eating the food – will they be serving the items onto a plate or eating the food directly from the board. I like to keep my food bite sized and easy to pick up.

Place the ingredients on the board in groups or rows.
