Ingredients to Fill the Charcuterie Cornucopia Cups.
You can use anything you like to fill the cups, although I recommend some of the more traditional ingredients that are used on a charcuterie board. You do want to avoid anything that is wet like pickles as they will seep into the cups and make them difficult to eat!
Here’s what I used:
- Cheddar cheese (both in cubes and slices)
- Brie Cheese
- Grapes
- Blackberries
- Salami
- Proscuitto
- Sprigs or Lavender or Rosemary
How to Prepared your Cornucopia Cups
The first step is to bake your cornucopia cups. You will need to create some form to make the cornucopia cups. You can wrap ice cream cones in tinfoil or make the forms with tinfoil itself.
Tip: don’t make the tin foil cones too compact – this makes it easier to get the forms our after you cook the cups.
Next cut your dough into stripes and wrap them around the cone.
Bake the cones for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden.

How to Fill your Cups
Once you’ve created the cups, the next step is to fill them with all your favorite things!
I got creative and put a little something different in each of the cups, but if you are making a lot of cups you can add the same things to each cup. It’s easy to adjust the ingredients if you are serving someone who is a vegetarian or dairy free.

Serving Individual Charcuterie Cornucopia Cups
These mini cornucopia cups are not only delicious but also make a beautiful addition to your Thanksgiving table. You can serve them as a festive appetizer before the main meal or as part of a grazing table. I love arranging the finished cups on a large wooden board or platter with extra fruit, cheese cubes, or sprigs of herbs tucked around for a bountiful harvest look.
If you’re hosting a larger crowd, you can prepare the cups a few hours in advance, just keep them refrigerated until serving. For the best presentation, add any softer cheeses or fruit right before guests arrive to keep everything fresh.
Want to make them extra special? Tie a small piece of twine or ribbon around each cup or place a little name tag for a personalized touch. They also make great individual side dishes at each place setting for a fun and unexpected twist on a traditional Thanksgiving spread.
No matter how you serve them, these individual charcuterie cornucopia cups are guaranteed to impress your guests, they’re creative, customizable, and bring a festive harvest vibe to your celebration.
